With 18 years of experience, Celix has grown from a regional supplier into an international brand, trusted by customers in construction, coatings, and daily chemicals. Our core products include Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC), Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC), Hydroxyethyl Methyl Cellulose (MHEC), Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP), Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE), Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA), defoamers, and calcium formate. These additives are widely applied in cement-based mortars, gypsum-based plasters, tile adhesives, self-leveling compounds, coatings, detergents, and even in oilfield and pharmaceutical formulations.  

Founded in 2007, Celix started as a small-scale factory in Jinzhou, Hebei Province, with a simple goal: To bring consistent quality cellulose ethers to the domestic construction market. By 2010, annual HPMC production capacity had reached 10, 000 tons, laying the foundation for expansion. In 2015, Celix built a national distribution network, with sales branches established in Hebei, Xinjiang, Anhui, and Fuzhou, ensuring closer service to customers across China. 2019 marked a turning point when Celix's Application R&D Laboratory in Jinzhou was awarded by the local Industrial Committee, recognizing our capability in applied research and customer-oriented innovation. By 2023, capacity had grown to 30, 000 tons, supported by environmental manufacturing equipment, and Celix was honored as a National High-Tech Enterprise. In 2025, "CELIX" was officially registered as our own global brand, and the factory was awarded the title of Science and Technology-based SME in Hebei Province. Celix offers a diverse portfolio of cellulose ethers and additives, each tailored for specific industries:

1. HPMC / HEMC / HEC / MHEC, Deliver excellent water retention, workability, thickening, and adhesion. Used in tile adhesives, wall putty, gypsum plaster, self-leveling mortars, coatings, and detergents.

2. RDP (Redispersible Polymer Powder): Improves adhesion, flexibility, and durability in mortars and external insulation finishing systems (EIFS).

3. PCE (Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer): Enhances flowability in concrete and self-leveling compounds while reducing water consumption.

4. PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol): Offers film-forming, bonding, and dispersing functions in construction chemicals, coatings, and adhesives.

5. Defoamers: Provide rapid and long-lasting defoaming action in mortars, plasters, and grouts, improving density and durability.

6. Calcium Formate: Acts as an accelerator in dry-mix mortars, enhancing early strength development. Our solutions cover construction materials, decorative coatings, detergents, ceramics, oilfield chemicals, food, and pharmaceuticals, reflecting the broad adaptability of cellulose technology.
